Ingredients:
Plain: Flour, water, brown sugar, salt, yeast, malt. Egg wash on the outside prior to baking.
Everything: Plain plus poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic, onion, salt.
Garlic: Plain plus garlic.
Cinnamon raisin: Plain plus cinnamon and raisins.
Blueberry: plain plus dried blueberries and blueberry fruit spread (cane sugar, blueberries, water, lemon juice, pectin)
The breads and pastries feature mainly local and organic ingredients including King Arthur flour, and products from local farms including the milk, cream, and eggs. Sugar is organic sugar. The butter in all the baked goods is Kerry Gold butter. These baked goods are made on a small scale in her own home kitchen.
