An all-time favorite. This Brie-style cheese is made with the Dutch belt cows milk. It is pasteurized and aged for 4 weeks to give it a soft creamy texture. If you like it even softer just let it age in the refrigerator for a few more weeks. This cheese is delicious melted, on cheese platters, or on sandwiches.
