cheese which maintains stability to slice and crumble both, on salads, vegetables, and in dips, aged in salt brine no less than 60 days and then continual aging in shrink with some whey.
Larger size pieces are approximately 1/2 pound or 8 oz portions. Smaller size are about 1/3 pound or 5 oz portions. Adjusted on final invoice.
