This Filipino-style sausage is produced from Woodlands grazed pork organically raised at Savory Farm in Maryland. Sold in 10oz package.

Ingredients: pork, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, soy sauce [water, soy beans, salt, alcohol (to preserve freshness)], sea salt, paprika, red pepper flakes, pepper and bay leaf. Contains soy. Net weight 10 oz.
