My husband and I own and operate an historic grist mill in the Georgia mountains. We process organic heirloom varieties of corn, wheat, spelt and rye in to meal, grits, polenta and flour. Our mill is water powered and the the stones are a local pink granite. We have been serving our community for 15 years, the mill has been serving the community for 175 years.
In addition to running the mill we offer four guest rooms to travelers looking to enjoy a truly pampered bed and breakfast experience.
