B & B Ranch stands on 367 acres of forest, farmland, and open pasture in rural Fly Creek, of Central New York. We raise 100% pureblood Piedmontese cattle, heritage Berkshire pigs, Spanish goats, and French roaster chickenss. Our farm-to-table kitchen specializes in Northern Italian cuisine, using ranch-grown meats and produce from our gardens. We have a country inn with 5 luxury suites, a dining room for guests and our private dining club members, and an equestrian riding center on premises. Every month, the freshest cuts back from the butcher go out to hungry ranchers across the country. We offer our prized, pasture-raised meats in home shipments via subscription to our Butcher Boxes.
