Pastured chicken eggs from our small flock of mixed heavy breed hens. Our girls are fed certified organic feed and allowed to roam out side all day long eating bugs, seeds, weeds plus all the produce they can handle from our sustainable farm.
The yolks are a deep orange and the whites are substantial and whip up like a dream.
