The meat itself was fine so I don't like rating it as "negative quality" but the amount of fat was unacceptable. The meat was swimming in fat in the pan.

After moving the meat to paper towels, I poured the fat that was left in the pan into a measuring cup. There was more than 1/4 cup of fat rendered from one pound of ground beef.

For comparison, I paid extra attention when I later cooked up a 2-lb package of ground beef from Miller's farm. There was no accumulated fat in the pan, just a slight slick to the bottom of the pan. Night and day difference.
Now I've had the stew beef. Loosely followed the recipe that was provided. Again, I carefully trimmed the meat although there wasn't much to trim. Didn't flour the meat, just sauteed it in the Instant Pot, then added tomato paste and water I had used to steam carrots the other day (not even stock, just carrot water). Salt, pepper, thyme. It was excellent. Would skip the carrots in the recipe next time because the IP made them mushy. But will definitely make the beef this wasy again. In fact, I've already ordered more stew beef and more pork chops.
Thick and syrupy. Very sweet.
I've only had the pork chops so far. I trimmed all the fat off because my current eating plan restricts fat. To my delight, even after trimming off the fat and bone, these cooked up juicy and delicious. Wish I could post this under the pork chop listing but since I bought it as part of the bundle, I can only post here. Hopefully I'll be able to edit and add to this as I eat the rest of the meat in the bundle.
These cooked up tender in a pressure-cooker stew.
I like these eggs, especially the price. When I make hard-boiled, though, there are more burst eggs than I would expect. So I think they could be handled more gently in being transported to us. Perhaps it was just the one carton; I didn't hard-boil the other eggs I've bought from Savory. However, I haven't had eggs from other farmers burst like that.

Nonetheless, the eggs were all good. I just used the burst hard-boiled ones first.
Very meaty. Will order again.
I don't know if "quality" is negative but the taste certainly was unpleasant to me.

This had unusual spicing; it didn't taste like "Italian" seasoning to me. I used it in a red sauce. While I ate the sauce, I had to force myself to do so. Will not be ordering again.
