For the lone salmon lover and smaller families- a portion of our whole fillets. Our portions are boneless and come with the skin on, averaging 6oz per portion. Each portion piece will be individually vacuumed packed!
Also please note: To be fair to all our customers we cannot package orders without tails, but we guarantee no order will contain more than 1/4 tails. Thank you for your understanding.
