This is an original t-shirt design (idea) that I created during our Michigan Right to Farm legal dispute with our township. I recently sought help from a local t-shirt printer and local artist to change the design from clip art to a unique hand drawn design. This is the result. The chicken represents our farm's court victory and the pig represents Baker's Green Acres' court victory. As a whole, the shirt represents our never ending Quest for Food Freedom. Please, Join the Quest! Here is more of the story, told by the t-shirt shop owner:

Stand Up! Join the quest!
For Yourself, and your right to grow your own food

Randy Buchler would never say this about himself, so I will. He is literally a savior.

There is a very serious threat to take away our rights to feed ourselves with food that we grow in Michigan and most of the country.

Big Pharma, Biotech Companies, and our Society's push for Forced Agriculture is a serious problem.
. . . . . . . . .

In 2012 these antagonists of freedom came to the U.P. looking for a fight. They met Randy Buchler...

They had already taken away the rights for humans to raise their own food on small farms across the Lower Peninsula part of our state.

They had upset enough Michiganders by the time they came to the U.P., a coalition had formed and proper attorneys had been briefed. All they needed was someone willing to fight. Someone willing to take the unmitigated blows of a high dollar thrashing in court and all that goes with it. The pressure is enough to make most of us break. Randy did not break.

We won that court case and as a result you can legally feed your family with food that you raise yourself, if you choose. The implications here are massive. If we can't grow our own food, we become dependent on corporations for basic survival. I'd rather not be in that boat and I have thanks without end for this man who is fighting for Food Freedom for ALL OF US.

The astonishing stress caused by this fight wore Randy's immune system so low that Lyme Disease flared up. The deadly disease was dormant and undisclosed until this battle for human rights stressed his mind and body enough for the disease to thrive. It brought this warrior to his knees.

Lyme Disease does not go away. There is no "cure" and his treatments are not covered under insurance as they are "alternative". This means $500 and traveling to Eau Claire, WI for Randy and his family, and the farm that feeds the U.P.

Without men like Randy, most of us would be unaware that our ability to feed ourselves food that we grow ourselves, is being TAKEN AWAY. The fight is not over and this veteran needs our help.

100% of EVERYTHING is being donated to Randy and his family. As a company we are absorbing all of the costs to print all of the apparel. So, every single dollar spent will be supporting Food Freedom directly in OUR community.
