Liz The Kombucha Lady lives on a little farm in Northern Frederick county where she grows most of the herbs and as much of the fruit in her “booch” as she can. She brews the kombucha in a local commercial kitchen located in a church down the road from our farm. So this is as local as it gets! Liz never pasteurizes her kombuchas, she uses all organic teas for TKL kombucha, and she brews the booch in small batches so she can have better control over each of the delicious flavors.
