Our cricket powder (cricket flour) is a great way to add delicious flavor and a powerful protein punch to almost anything you can imagine. Insect protein is perfect in soups, salad dressings, desserts, smoothies, and more. When baking, try a new recipe! Substitute 10% of your all-purpose flour with cricket flour to boost the nutritional value!

Nutrition
Insects are a sustainable superfood and packed with nutritional benefits. Our whole-roasted insects contain 70% protein, more calcium than milk, more iron than spinach, and almost 20 times the amount of B12 as beef. Through a CFIA approved lab, we are waiting on results in order to provide you with complete nutrition labels.

Sustainability
The resources needed to produce 10 grams of cricket powder are 12 times less than the resources required to create 10 grams of beef protein. If, over the span of a year, a family of four ate one meal a week using insect protein, they would save the earth 650,000 liters of fresh water.

Farming & Safety
All of our insects are farmed with you in mind. We use high quality grain feed for both organic and regular lines. Our harvesting methods are developed to align with the standards applied for the human food industry with hygiene as a top priority. All inspection and licensing has been attained.

We use a two-step processing system to ensure the safety of the product while maximizing the nutritional benefits and taking into account the most humane methods of euthanization.

Allergen Warning
*If you have any issues with shellfish it is not advised to consume insects*
