Aged approx 2-6 months. A tart and spicy Pepper Jack with just the right amount of heat. Just enough chilies to give you a little kick but not so many that they overwhelm your palette the creamy grass fed Guernsey milk. An ideal melter. Keep Refrigerated
Will stay fresh in fridge for 90 days.

Ingredients: Raw organic cows milk from grass fed cows, red pepper mix, salt, rennet, cheese culture.
