Our beef are raised on pasture throughout the year. During the winter months, when feed is low, we feed hay (free of pesticides and herbicides)produced on the farm.
Sales are by "Hanging Weight" and by quarters, half, and whole. If buying beef this way is new to you, please call any time and we would be happy to have a conversation.
All sales require the customer to contact us prior to sale.
