Our hens are kept on pasture as much as possible and are fed greens or alfalfa meal when we cannot pasture them. This makes a much healthier egg with a darker yolk. These eggs will work better for bakeries because they help the dough to stay together better! We have all sizes of Brown eggs and deliver to Madison, Milwaukee, Lacrosse and Chicago.
