These premium chaga chunks were ethically harvested in New England forests. Soon after they were cut with a low speed saw as to not generate any heat. Then they are dried on wire racks in front of a fan for three weeks until they reach 18% moisture content. The clean edges are practical as they do not fragment or crumble in water. They look great too!
