I'm a mother of three, a business woman, and grass fed beef producer. I'm also a third-generation farmer girl that grew-up eating clean, healthy, yummy meat, raised right on my family farm. Then I moved to the city and discovered that not all meat is created the same. In fact, most meat available to city dwellers is mass produced and is neither clean, healthy, nor yummy.
I started Farmer Girl Meats to get more clean, healthy, yummy meat onto more city plates. That's what I want to give you access to -- the unmatched flavors, health benefits, and peace of mind that comes with Grass Fed and Pasture Raised Meats. Doing so has meant I had to re-create the local farm-to-table system, or as we like to say, pasture-to-porch. I had to create a path from the craft meat producers in the rolling pastures of Missouri, to a place that you could find and order specific cuts of a high quality artisan meat that's almost impossible to find in the city.
