If you need it to last longer, they can be frozen for up to 6 months. Refrigerating fresh bread is not generally recommended because if it is not sealed in a bag, it will dry out and if it is sealed in a bag, the moisture evaporating from the bread will make it soggy. If you do choose to refrigerate your bread, use a breathable bag or container. While not recommended, it may be able to increase the shelf life of your bread for a few days.
