These fresh baked goods do not contain any preservatives, and will last for about 2 to 3 days at normal room temperature. If you need it to last longer, they can be frozen for up to 6 months. Refrigerating fresh bread is not generally recommended because if it is not sealed in a bag, it will dry out and if it is sealed in a bag, the moisture evaporating from the bread can make it soggy. If you do choose to refrigerate your bread, use a breathable bag or container. While not recommended, it may be able to increase the shelf life of your bread for a few days.
For best results, When kept at the optimal temperature of 36-38° F you can expect fresh dairy products to last from 7-10 days, and cultured dairy products should last up to a month. For Ice cream, keep stored in the freezer in an air tight container to preserve freshness.
