Larger than microgreens but still small, tender and jam packed with nutrients, baby greens have lots of flavors that mix well & are very easy to make into a salad. Baby greens start their classification after the 2nd set of codeledin leaves are formed and long before the plant matures. Color varies with variety.
Recommended at 4 servings. Very filling. These are grown a bit larger than the other microgreens so the flavor is milder. Flavors and contents will change as the season progresses.
