Hydrosols are also known as Aromatic Waters or Floral Waters. We hand harvest our fresh herbs and put them immediately in our custom still. As the Steam travels through the plant material, the cell walls rupture and the aromatics, or essential oils of the plants are released and trapped in the steam which then travels through the copper condenser and condenses back into water with the essential oils bonded to the water molecules. Hydrosols are a gentle way to experience the aromatics of fresh plants. They are great facial toners, room/sheet sprays, as well as using as aromatic garnish on top of drinks to heighten your senses.
